Orders are always dispatched as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that each item is made to order and shipped by me.

Chain pieces are usually shipped within 3 to 5 working days (unless otherwise specified on the site). Elastic items are shipped within 1-2 weeks.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Forvini offers worldwide shipping. All orders include tracking and are sent by La Poste, the national French post service.

We offer free tracked shipping on most of our pieces for all customers. Otherwise, the shipping price is automatically displayed at checkout (up to 13.90€ maximum for international orders).

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries (outside the UE) and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Forvitni accepts returns and exchanges. To do this, please contact me at the following email address within 14 days of the delivery date : [email protected]. Your return will not be accepted if you do not contact me first.

Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition ; if not, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.

On the other hand, personalized or made-to-measure orders as well as items on sale are neither exchangeable or refundable.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All jewelry chains and accessories are made of aluminum, which has the advantage of being very lightweight and not rusting or changing color. The rings are made of stainless steel.
The pieces will not deteriorate under normal conditions of use (not going to the swimming pool with them, for example).
You can clean them easily by simply wiping a soft cloth over them.

Satin elastic items can be gently cleaned with soapy water. Take care to let them dry flat.
A dustbag is supplied with all Forvitni pieces; be sure to store your jewelry in it when you are not wearing it and avoid any friction with other accessories.
